Leadership Training

 

Youth Conference Adult Leaders,

 

We encourage as many as possible to join in on a teleconference training session for the youth conference.  We will be going through some details of conference rules, schedule, and campus locations to help you know what to expect. This information will be difficult to communicate once you arrive at the conference. We will also be making a few additional assignments. Participants in the training will be able to do so from their own home. We expect the training to last less than an hour. 

Procedures:

1. Pick one of the 4 dates to join. The teleconference line is limited to 20, so if you can't make it in you may have to join a later session.

July 6   7pm
July 8   7pm
July 10  7pm
July 13  7pm

3. Call the toll free number 877-491-1152 pass code 288-6158 (mute unless talking to keep background noise down on the call)

4. Write down questions you have and save for the end. In many cases we'll answer them before we get to the end.

5. We will begin and end the training session with prayer.

We hope you all are looking forward to the conference as much as the youth are.

~YC Leaders~

The teleconference line has a limit of 20 openings. In the case that the 7pm teleconference training tonight exceeds 20 (and only if), we will hold a second teleconference training at 8:15pm.

Please advise your chaperones and leaders of this in case they try to call in at 7pm and are blocked because the lines are full.

Roll will be taken and if is determined that 20 lines are not filled, then there will not be a 8:15 session.
