The Third Annual
Multi-Stake
Priest-Laurel Prom


April 4th, 2008

Dinner served from 5:30 to 7:15 at the Columbia Old-63 Chapel

Dance begins at 7:30 at the Stephens College Kimball Ballroom

Classroom and restroom dressing areas will be set up at the Old 63 chapel starting at 5:00 for both YM and YW for final dress preparations. 
(This is for those who will be traveling.)

Corsages and Bootaniers will be provided!

This is an OPEN PROM... meaning “Dates” are optional. 
We actually encourage you to come without dates, to enable more opportunities for friendship-building between stakes.  
(Some songs during the dance will be dedicated to dancing between stakes.)

Dress: For the Strength of Youth standards will be enforced.

Women:    Modest Neckline and Back covered, Sleeves required, Slits cannot run above the knee, Dresses should not be too tight. (Ugly shawls will be provided to anyone having compliance issues.)

Men:  Jacket and tie Required. (Pants, shoes and button-up shirt too) Dress neatly, no torn, tattered clothing. (Ugly Ties will be provided to anyone having compliance issues.) Tuxedos optional, but not required.

Please attempt to keep personal costs down.

As ALWAYS, youth are welcome to invivte non-member friends.  The Youth making the invitation should Proactivly discuss dress instructions with their Guest.. (Save Everyone the embarrassment of having to pull out the Ugly Tie or Shawl reserve.) 

Local leaders are encouraged to inspect attire BEFORE leaving their area to avoid any problems.

Directions:
Old 63 Church building (Dinner):  Highway 63 to Broadway, turn west, 1 mile to Old 63, turn left,  0.75 mile to building on the left.
